This website collects nothing about you. It sets no cookies, measures no visits and loads nothing from third-party servers. The data that is nevertheless generated is set out here.

1. Who is responsible

Responsible for data processing within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, German: DSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, German: DSGVO) is:

2. The principle: as little as possible

This website is deliberately built to be sparing with data. In concrete terms, this means:

• no analytics, tracking or advertising tools,
• no cookies, not even necessary ones,
• nothing is stored permanently in your browser, neither cookies nor local storage,
• no third-party scripts and no third-party fonts: I supply the fonts myself,
• no form that sends anything to me or to a server, and so no form service either (for the example pages and drafts see section 6),
• no disclosure of data for advertising purposes, no sale of data.

The website is available in German, Italian, French and English. Which language it shows first depends on the language setting of your browser. That setting is read in your browser, and I do not record it. If you choose another language with the language selector, your browser remembers the choice until you close the tab. This stays in your browser and does not reach me.

You can read this website in full without giving me a single piece of information about yourself.

3. When you visit the website

When you visit uebermorgen.ch, my hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA) processes technically necessary server log data. This includes the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and the browser used. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and the defence against attacks. I do not evaluate it and do not combine it with other data.

In my Vercel account, this log data can be viewed for one day, and no longer after that. How long Vercel keeps it for its own security is determined by Vercel.

The domain is managed through Swizzonic AG (Switzerland). Transmission is encrypted using TLS, recognisable by the https in the address bar.

4. When you contact me

If you contact me, I process your details solely to deal with your enquiry. Depending on the channel, different data is involved.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button on this page is an ordinary link. As long as you do not tap it, no data flows to WhatsApp. If you tap it, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message that you can change or discard before sending.

From this moment on, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited applies, a company of the Meta group. Among other things, your phone number and the content of the chat are processed, and a transfer to countries outside Switzerland and the EU may occur. I have no influence on this. I use an ordinary WhatsApp account, not a business account with analytics features. If you do not want this, write to me by email or call me instead.

Email and phone

If you write to hallo@uebermorgen.ch, I process your address and the content of your message. If you call, I process your number and what we discuss. My email account is with Swizzonic AG (Switzerland), and the messages are on its servers in Italy. Ordinary email is not consistently encrypted in transit. Please therefore do not send me any sensitive personal data by email, in particular no health data of your patients.

5. If we work together

If you commission me, I process the contact and contract data needed for the assignment and the content you supply for your website, such as texts, photos, logo, team details and opening hours. I use this content solely for your website.

For the data that is later generated on your finished website, you as the practice are responsible. If I host or maintain your website, I process this data as a processor on your instructions. We record this in a data processing agreement.

6. The example pages and drafts

The example pages at /demo show what a practice website can look like. The practices there are invented. The request form there shows your message only as a preview on the page. No email program opens. Your entries do not leave your browser and do not reach me.

The drafts are proposals for real practices that have not yet ordered them. If a draft has a request form, the button opens your own email program with a message to the practice named there. Nothing goes through this website or my hosting provider, and I do not receive the message. If you send it, it goes from your mailbox directly to the practice. The practice is responsible for how it is processed there. An ordinary email is not always encrypted in transit.

If you choose light or dark on these pages or pause the motion, your browser remembers this until you close the tab. This stays in your browser and does not reach me.

7. Service providers and abroad

For operation I use Vercel Inc. (USA) for hosting and Swizzonic AG (Switzerland) for the domain and my email account.

Vercel is based in the USA, so log data may be transferred there. Vercel is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For certified US companies, the Federal Council has determined adequate data protection since 15 September 2024. In addition, Vercel’s data processing agreement applies.

Swizzonic’s email servers are in Italy. Under Swiss law, adequate data protection applies to the states of the EU.

If you tap the WhatsApp button, Meta becomes involved as well, see section 4. On request tohallo@uebermorgen.ch I will give further information on these legal bases.

8. How long data is kept

• Server log data can be viewed in my Vercel account for one day, see section 3.
• Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment I delete after 12 months at the latest. This applies equally to email, WhatsApp and the call log.
• I keep invoices, contracts and other accounting records for ten years, as required by Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).

9. Your rights

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have in particular the right of access to the data processed about you, to rectification of incorrect data, to erasure and restriction of processing, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent with effect for the future.

An informal message to hallo@uebermorgen.ch is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, German: EDÖB),www.edoeb.admin.ch, in the EU with the authority responsible for your place of residence.

10. No automated decisions

No profiling takes place and no automated individual decisions are made.

11. Security

Transmission is encrypted using TLS. I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.

12. Changes

If the website changes, this policy changes too. The version published here applies, with the date stated above.
